SHALOM AT IU CALL-OUT

Do you want to get involved on campus or in the Bloomington community? Do you want get some volunteer hours in? Come to the call out meeting for Shalom at IU. Shalom at IU is a student group affiliated with the Shalom Community Center, a non for profit day center for those in Bloomington who face homelessness and poverty. It provides services such as free meals, showers, help finding work, housing, etc. It also provides basic necessities such as toiletries, storage space, and a mailing address for those who need it. Both the Shalom Community Center and Shalom at IU are not religiously affiliated, so anyone and everyone is welcome to join. As a group, Shalom at IU puts together donation drives and fundraisers to help the Shalom Community Center and those who rely on it. This year, Shalom at IU is also looking for student leaders who can fill our officer positions.
