The
Language and Development Lab at UCSD (La Jolla, California) is hiring a lab
coordinator to start July 1, 2017.
The lab
conducts research on language and concept acquisition using a variety of
methods, including behavioral assessments, cross-linguistic comparisons, and
eye-tracking.
Duties include research and administrative
responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in
experimental psychology, linguistics, or cognitive science, plus experience
working with young children. Previous lab coordinators have gone on to top PhD
programs of their choice.
