The Math Departmental Help Sessions will also begin on
Tuesday, January 16. The finite sessions will be at 4-6 pm, The calculus help
sessions will be at 6-8 pm. (This is assuming the construction activity quiets
down around 3:30 pm. If the noise turns out to be a problem, we will relocate
the Departmental Help Sessions to various classrooms around campus. The times
and other details will change.)
Math Learning Center tutoring -- because of the Swain
construction we will not be in Swain East 340 this semester. Leslie Robinson is
very kindly allowing us to use the space in the Forest Academic Support Center.
The hours are tentatively 9 am to 5 pm but this might change to 10 am to 5 pm,
depending on the schedules of the tutors. I will know for certain by next week.
