Who would be appropriate for this position?: We are hoping to find an outstanding college senior that is a self-starter, highly intelligent, interpersonally skilled, academically motivated, supremely organized and ready for this postbaccalaureate role upon graduating (anticipated start date is August 5, 2019). This person would be willing to learn how to screen families of children and adolescents with emotional disorders by phone and in person for our projects, help with chart and protocol auditing, assist with database management, undergraduate personnel, and exposure therapy for youth or other therapeutic elements as needed. Excellent writing skills and very good time-management would be particularly valued. Someone who is calm and thoughtful in the face of challenges would also be preferred. Although not required, we particularly encourage applications from individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
