Upcoming National Scholarships and Awards

Upcoming National Scholarships and Awards Deadlines:

• Fulbright UK Summer Institute deadline. Wednesday February 6. Three-to-four week programs for US undergraduate students. Participants can explore the culture, heritage and history of the UK while experiencing higher education at a UK university.

 

• Udall scholarship campus deadline. Monday February 18. For current sophomore or junior studying environment and related issues or is a Native American or Alaska Native in a field related to Native American health care or tribal public policy. Scholarship provides up to $7000 and the Udall Foundation anticipates awarding 50 scholarships nationwide.  

• Over the coming weeks, there are many deadlines for summer activities such as internships and research opportunities. Examples include NSF REU research sites or a paid internship at the Smithsonian. Students can find these opportunities through online databases that IU subscribes to: PIVOT and the Foundation Center Online Directory.
