Shop II: Start Early – Preparing for Graduate School Applications
- Understand the application timeline—when to take entrance exams, contact references, complete applications
- Evaluate and research financial assistance programs such as financial aid, fellowships, grants and assistantships
- Write personal statements concisely and effectively
- Solidify reference and recommendation letters from professors, faculty, and career field experts
- Prepare and execute entrance exams utilizing resources and services
- Discuss with campus professionals audience questions related to graduate school application preparation
