Whether you are
definitely pre-PA or still just thinking about it, get off to a good start: Add
the Pre-PA Orientation to your iGPS Action Plan now!
We urge those who are new to the pre-physician assistant process, those who may have been pre-PA for a while but feel confused about what they ought to be doing, and those who are still making decisions about their career path, to attend the orientation with Eric Beckstrom, pre-PA advisor, Health Professions and Prelaw Center. Anyone interested in pre-PA is welcome (as are quiet late-comers).
The orientation will include info, guidelines, tips, and Q&A about steps you can take to decide whether or not to pursue PA; how to go about short term and long term planning; how to fashion your preprofessional Timeline and list of related iGPS Action Items; and easy steps for beginning to research PA programs.
