Don't overlook the advantages of participating in a summer internship program with State Farm. Our internship program includes eleven weeks in a training environment where interns experience practical actuarial assignments. Interns also have the opportunity to participate in professional and personal development classes, including enhancing their public speaking and presentation skills. Interns have free access to State Farm Park and the opportunity to participate in many after-work activities sponsored by State Farm. At the conclusion of the internship, individuals may be given consideration for full-time employment.

Panelists will share their experiences abroad; provide tips on how to maximize your time here at IU, and offer strategies for students seeking international work. There will be time set aside to network with the panelists and other students with similar goals and interests. This night should be especially useful for students in international studies, area studies, languages, journalism, and other majors focused on global careers.
